Mural Masters 2018: Winner's Circle
Mural Masters is always such a blast!! Sneke and Lance always throw such an outstanding party! This year I had the pleasure to paint right next to artist Joey Brooks aka Faces and Stuff. I particularly like this event because I can experiment with all the things I've learned over the last year! Too often I'm doing work for other people that I can't focus on developing my style, new techniques, and in general paint for pleasure.
I chose to tap into my inner little girl who grew up loving horses so much. I was temped to even make this a unicorn, but thought better of it. It's a hybrid horse, zebra, mythalogical animal circling a red sun. I titled this piece Winner's Circle.
